However, the Expenditure of Reasonable Amounts of Time for Educational, Charitable, or Professional Activities for Which You Will Not Receive Additional Compensation From Central Shall Be Permissible if Those Activities Do Not Materially Interfere With the Services Required of You as CEO. 2.compensation.
