As We Have Discussed, the Company Has Elected to Make a Leadership Change. as a Result of You Not Accepting the Position That Was Discussed With You by Neil Brinker and Brian Agen, Your Employment With Modine Manufacturing Company and Certain Affiliates (“Modine” or the “Company”) Will Be Terminated Effective September 30, 2025 (The “Effective Date”) if You Sign This Separation Letter Agreement (The “Separation Letter”).
