Neumora Therapeutics, Inc. Executive Employment Agreement This Executive Employment Agreement (The “Agreement) Is Entered Into Between Neumora Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (The “Company”), and Robert Lenz, M.D., PH.D. (“Executive” And, Together With the Company, the “Parties”) Effective as of August 31, 2023 (The “Effective Date”).
