("Gen") and Andrea Mandel-Mantello ("Mandel-Mantello") Sets Forth the Agreement Terms of the Parties Hereto. Whereas: Mandel-Mantello Is a Managing Director for Gen Based in London, England Responsibilities of Mandel-Mantello Include Territorial Coverage of Italy and Israel.
