1. Employment. the Company Hereby Agrees to Employ the Executive, and Executive Hereby Agrees to Become Employed by and Remain in the Employ of the Company, Subject to the Terms and Conditions of This Agreement, During the Period (The “Employment Period”) Commencing on the Effective Date and Ending on the Second Anniversary Thereof (The “Anniversary Date”) Or, if Earlier, the Date of Termination (As Defined in Section 4 Below).
